• For Listers (Businesses/Service Providers): If you pay a fee to list your service, your relationship with us is governed by our "Directory Listing: Terms & Conditions." These cover subscription fees, renewals, and our right to remove listings.

• For General Users (Browsers): These Website Terms of Use apply to your general browsing and use of the site.

3. Accuracy, Vouching & User Responsibility

This is the most important section for all users to understand:

• We Are Not a Directory of Care Providers: We do not list care homes or home care agencies. We list the supporting services and products they use.

• No Vouching or Endorsement: We provide a space for providers to advertise. We do not vouch for, recommend, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service listed in the Catalogue.

• Lister Responsibility: Listers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their information. While we reserve the right to remove any listing if we receive complaints or find inaccuracies, we do not verify every detail provided.

• Your Due Diligence: As a user, you are responsible for conducting your own checks (e.g., checking insurance, references, or qualifications) before purchasing a product or hiring a service found on this site.

4. Moderation & Removal of Listings

To maintain the integrity of the Catalogue, we reserve the absolute right to remove any listing at any time following a review of complaints or quality concerns. As per our Listing Terms, such removals are made at our discretion and are non-refundable.
