Event Submission Guidelines:

  • One-Off or Special Events Only: Please do not submit recurring weekly schedules (e.g., standard weekly bingo). We highlight special, seasonal, or unique community events.

  • Timeframe: Events must take place within the next 6 months.  Maximum of 1 event per week. Please add a comments in the form below if there are special or extenuating circumstances. For example: A three day event with different themes or different audience on each day. 

  • Relevance: Events must be relevant, welcoming, or beneficial to the care community, care receivers, care staff, or families & friends.

  • Accessibility: Please ensure your description clearly states any wheelchair access or specific accessibility notes.
